MOPS

MOPS is an international program hosted at FCC with the purpose of encouraging, equipping and developing mothers of pre-schoolers (pregnancy through Kindergarten) as well as encouraging mothers recognize their potential as a woman, mother and leader in the name of Jesus Christ. MOPS also provides the opportunity for women to connect with one another, listen to topics related to life, marriage, parenting, and the home. Each meeting mothers participate in small group discussion and share in food and refreshments. Childcare is provided.

MOPS meets every 3rd Tuesday of the month from September to May from 8:30-11:00am and follows the following format:

8:30am- Registration

8:45am- Welcome and Announcements

9:00am- Devotion

9:15am- Guest Speaker

10:00am- Small Group Discussion/Brunch

10:30am- Creative Activity/Service Project

11:00am- Close 

The suggested cost for the morning is $5 and that covers the expense of childcare, creative activities and the monthly newsletter. Please contact Betsy Gasper for more information or to get involved.
